Nelson Piquet (lahir 17 Agustus 1952) merupakan mantan pembalap F1 yang sudah 3 kali merebut gelar juara dunia. Piquet merebut juara dunia pada tahun 1981, 1983, dan 1987. Ia sering disebut sebagai salah satu pembalap terbaik yang pernah turun di arena F1.[1][2]
Ia juga menjadi mentor bagi Michael Schumacher, ketika Schumi memulai karier F1-nya pada tahun 1991, saat Schumi baru saja bergabung bersama tim Benetton. Anak Piquet, Nelson Angelo Piquet, saat ini juga turun sebagai pembalap F1 di tim Renault F1.
