Nigel Gregory Benn (lahir 22 Januari 1964) adalah mantan petinju asal Britania Raya yang bertanding dari tahun 1987 hingga 1996. Ia merupakan juara dunia dua kelas, pernah memegang gelar WBO kelas menengah pada tahun 1990 dan menjadi juara WBC kelas super menengah dari tahun 1992 hingga 1996.[2] Ia memegang gelar regional Persemakmuran kelas menengah dari tahun 1988 hingga 1989. Dalam kariernya, ia mengalahkan beberapa juara dunia, termasuk Doug DeWitt, Iran Barkley, Thulani Malinga, Mauro Galvano, dan Gerald McClellan.[3]
