Niger Telecoms adalah operator telepon dan telekomunikasi nasional Niger . Perusahaan ini didirikan pada 28 September 2016 sebagai gabungan dari SONITEL, yang menangani telepon tetap, dan SahelCom, yang mengendalikan telepon seluler dan koneksi.[1][2] Setelah privatisasi pada tahun 2001, kedua perusahaan hasil merger tersebut menghadapi kesulitan keuangan, dan karena alasan tersebut, pemerintah telah menasionalisasikannya kembali pada tahun 2012. Niger Telecoms memiliki modal sebesar 23,5 miliar franc CFA saat didirikan.[3]
