Nikiforos Lytras (bahasa Yunani: Νικηφόρος Λύτρας; 1 Januari 1832 – 13 Juni 1904) adalah pelukis Yunani pada abad kesembilan belas. Ia lahir di Tinos, dan dilatih di Athena di Sekolah Seni. Pada tahun 1860 ia memenangkan beasiswa ke Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Munich. Setelah menyelesaikan studi ini, ia menjadi profesor di School of Arts pada tahun 1866, posisi yang dipegangnya selama sisa hidupnya. Dia tetap setia pada ajaran dan prinsip Sekolah Munich, sambil memberikan perhatian terbesar baik pada tema etografis maupun potret. Potretnya yang paling terkenal adalah pasangan kerajaan, Otto dan Amalia, dan pemandangannya yang paling terkenal adalah penggambaran wilayah Lavrio.
