Noon chai, juga disebut shir chai (dari bahasa Persia, artinya "teh susu"), gulabi chai, teh Kashmir atau teh merah jambu,[1] adalah sebuah minuman teh tradisional, yang berasal dari anak benua India, di mana film tersebut diyakini berasal dari Lembah Kashmir, yang terbuat dari teh bubuk, susu dan baking soda.[2]
Etimologi
Kata noon artinya 'garam' di beberapa bahasa di India seperti Kashmiri, Bengali, Rajasthani, Hindi dan Nepali.[3]
