Nur Kholis, S.H., M.A., (lahir 21 Oktober 1970) merupakan salah satu dari 11 anggota Komisi Nasional Hak Asasi Manusia (Komnas HAM) Republik Indonesia periode 2012-2017.[1] Ia meraih gelar Sarjana Hukum (S.H.) dari Universitas Sriwijaya dan gelar Master of Art (M.A.) pada tahun 2008 dari Universitas Sung Kong Hoe, Korea Selatan.[2]
