Observatorium sinar-X Chandra.

Observatorium sinar-X Chandra adalah satelit yang diluncurkan pada STS-93 oleh NASA pada tanggal 23 Juli 1999. Satelit ini dinamai dari ahli fisika India-Amerika Serikat, Subrahmanyan Chandrasekhar.

Observatorium Chandra adalah salah satu dari empat Observatorium Besar NASA. Tiga lainnya adalah teleskop luar angkasa Hubble, observatoriun sinar gamma Compton, dan teleskop luar angkasa Spitzer.
