Ongodjou adalah kota yang terletak di pulau Anjouan di Komoro. Mengacu kepada sensus tahun 1991 kota ini memiliki populasi penduduk sekitar 6.487 jiwa.[1]

Ongodjou pernah menjadi ibu kota dari Pulau Anjouan yang memisahkan diri dari Komoro. Dalam sebuah operasi militer tahun 2008, pemerintah Komoro dapat merebut kembali pulau ini.[2]
