Orasi
Orasi (bahasa Inggris Pertengahan: oracion) adalah sebuah pidato formal, atau komunikasi formal yang disampaikan kepada khalayak ramai.
Antonim dari orasi adalah mencetak (print), menulis (writing). Orasi bermacam-macam, ceramah merupakan salah satu bagian dari orasi, pidato, kultum, bahkan puisi merupakan bagian dari orasi, tetapi saat ini kata orasi mengalami penyempitan makna dan terkesan bermakna peyorasi, orasi dikenal di kalangan umum sebagai bentuk ungkapan melalui verbal yang disampaikan pada khalayak umum dan memiliki sifat persuasif.
