Orff Schulwerk, atau Pendekatan Orff saja, adalah satu dari beberapa pendekatan pengembangan, termasuk metode Kodaly, Simply Music, dan metode Suzuki, yang dipakai untuk mengajarkan pendidikan musik ke siswa. Pendekatan ini menggabungkan musik, gerakan, drama, dan wicara menjadi pelajaran yang sama seperti dunia bermain anak. Pendketan ini dikembangkan oleh komponis Jerman, Carl Orff (1895–1982) dan koleganya Gunild Keetman pada tahun 1920-an. Carl Orff bekerja sampai akhir hayatnya melanjutkan pengembangan dan penyebaran metode pengajarannya. Pendekatan Orff saat ini dipakai di seluruh dunia untuk mengajarkan siswa dalam lingkungan alami dan nyaman. Kata "schulwerk" berasal dari bahasa Jerman yang secara harfiah berarti "pekerjaan sekolah", yang dalam hal ini berada dalam konteks musik.
