Orkestra Simfoni London (bahasa Inggris: London Symphony Orchestra; disingkat LSO), yang didirikan pada 1904, adalah orkestra simfoni London tertua. Orkestra tersebut dibentuk oleh sekelompok pemain yang meninggalkan Orkestra Queen's Hall yang dipimpin oleh Henry Wood karena sebuah peraturan baru yang menyuruh para pemain untuk memberikan layanan eksklusif mereka pada orkestra tersebut. LSO sendiri kemudian menerapkan peraturan yang sama kepada para anggotanya.
