Ostfalen (bahasa Inggris: Eastphalia; dialek Ostfalen: Oostfalen) adalah wilayah historis di Jerman utara yang mencakup daerah timur Kadipaten Sachsen, kurang lebih di daerah sungai Leine di barat dan sungai Elbe dan Saale di timur. Wilayah ini kurang lebih sama dengan wilayah selatan negara bagian Niedersachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt barat dan Thuringen utara. Ostfalen adalah salah satu dari empat region di Sachsen selain Westfalen, Angria tengah dan Nordalbingia. Namun, kawasan ini tidak sama dengan Ostwestfalen atau Westfalen Timur.
