Otto Ohlendorf (pelafalan dalam bahasa Jerman: [ˈɔtoː ˈʔoːləndɔʁf]; 4 Februari 1907 – 7 Juni 1951) adalah seorang fungsioner SS Jerman dan pelaku Holokaus pada era Nazi. Dididik sebagai ekonom, ia menjadi kepala Sicherheitsdienst (SD) Inland, yang bertanggung jawab untuk intelijensi dan keamanan di Jerman. Pada 1941, Ohlendorf diangkat menjadi panglima Einsatzgruppe D, yang melakukan pembunuhan massal di Moldova, selatan Ukraina, Krimea dan Kaukasus Utara pada 1942. Ia diadili di Pengadilan Einsatzgruppen, didakwa dan dieksekusi pada 1951.
