Pai daging dalah pai yang diisi daging dan sering kali dengan bahan gurih lainnya. Mereka ditemukan di masakan di seluruh dunia.
Pai daging biasanya dipanggang, digoreng, atau digoreng dalam minyak panas hingga berwarna kecokelatan dan mengembangkan rasa melalui reaksi Maillard.[1] Banyak varietas yang memiliki kerak terkelupas karena penambahan mentega untuk menghasilkan tekstur terkelupas saat dipanggang.
