Pakse (bahasa Lao: ປາກເຊ) merupakan sebuah kota yang terletak di Laos bagian selatan, tepatnya di Provinsi Champasak. Kota ini merupakan kota terbesar ketiga di Laos. Penduduk kota ini berjumlah kurang lebih 87.000 jiwa,[1] terletak di Sungai Xe Don dan Sungai Mekong. Kota ini juga merupakan ibukota Kerajaan Champasak hingga bersatu dengan Laos pada tahun 1946.

Di sini Bandar Udara Pakse terletak di kota ini. Bandara ini dibuka pada tahun 2009 dan melayani penerbangan ke Vientiane, Siem Reap, Bangkok dan Kota Ho Chi Minh.
