Pallywood
Pallywood (bahasa Arab: باليوود Bālīwūd; bahasa Ibrani: פאליווד), berasal dari kata "Palestina" dan "Hollywood", adalah istilah disinformasi yang digunakan Israel untuk menuduh warga Palestina maupun Timur Tengah yang dianggap memalsukan penderitaan dan kematian warga sipil mereka selama konflik dengan Israel.[1][2] Beberapa contoh yang disebut sebagai Pallywood adalah Insiden Muhammad al-Durrah dan Kontroversi foto Perang Lebanon 2006 (disebut juga "Hizbollywood" atau "Hezbollywood").[3][4]
Istilah ini diciptakan oleh Richard Landes, sebagai tindak lanjut dari film dokumenter daring yang dibuat olehnya dengan judul Pallywood: According to Palestinian Sources.[5][6]
