Pancamakara

Pancamakara (aksara Dewanagari पंचमकार) atau juga dikenal dengan Lima M adalah lima hal yang digunakan dalam Tantrisme, yakni

  • madya मद्य (alkohol)
  • māṃsa मांस (daging)
  • matsya मत्स्य (ikan)
  • mudrā मुद्रा (gerakan)
  • maithuna मैथुन (seksual)

Hal-hal yang melanggar tabu ini ditempuh kelompok aliran Tantrisme kiri, Wamacara, yang berkebalikan dengan kelompok aliran Tantrisme kanan atau Daksinacara (Rawson, 1978).
