Papirus 24 (bahasa Inggris: Papyrus 24; dalam penomoran Gregory-Aland diberi kode 24, atau P. Oxy. 1230) adalah sebuah naskah papirus kuno berisi bagian Perjanjian Baru dari Alkitab Kristen dalam bahasa Yunani. Memuat potongan kitab Wahyu kepada Yohanes, yang terlestarikan hanya pasal 5:5-8 dan 6:5-8. Berdasarkan Paleografi diperkirakan naskah ini dibuat pada awal abad ke-4.[1]

Pemerian

Asalnya ditulis pada satu lembaran besar berukuran kira-kira 19 x 28 cm. Merupakan naskah tertua yang terlestarikan sampai sekarang dengan teks dari Wahyu 5-6.[2] Dalam teks itu digunakan huruf "Ζ" sebagai pengganti kata επτα (artinya [bilangan] "tujuh").

Teks bahasa Yunani kodeks ini tergolong jenis Teks Alexandria (atau proto-Alexandrian). Aland menempatkannya dalam Kategori I.[1] Naskah ini menunjukkan kesesuaian dengan Papirus 18, Papirus 47, dan Codex Sinaiticus, tetapi bagian yang terlestarikan terlalu kecil untuk dapat menentukan keterkaitan tekstual secara keseluruhan.[2]

Sekarang disimpan pada Franklin Trask Library Andover Newton Theological School (OP 1230) di Newton, Massachusetts.[1][3]
