Param

Param (bahasa Indonesia takbaku: parem) adalah salah satu obat tradisional yang digunakan untuk meredakan rasa nyeri atau pegal-pegal. Param berbentuk seperti bubur bedak yang dioleskan ke daerah-daerah tubuh yang mengalami pegal-pegal. Pemberian param salah satunya sering dijumpai pada ibu setelah melahirkan untuk mengurangi bengkak dan menghilangkan kelelahan.[1] Param terbuat dari berbagai saripati rempah-rempah seperti rumput petung, jahe, lengkuas, dll.[2]
