Parfait atau Parfe (/pɑːrˈfeɪ/; [paʁfɛ] dari Prancis parfait yang berarti "sempurna") adalah dua jenis makanan penutup beku di Prancis, tempat hidangan ini berasal. Parfait terbuat dari krim mendidih, telur, gula, dan sirop untuk membuat puree seperti kustar serta tidak harus disajikan dalam gelas parfait. Parfait versi Amerika menggunakan lebih banyak bahan, seperti granola, kacang-kacangan, yogurt dan likeur serta dikombinasikan dengan topping buah-buahan atau krim kocok yang berlapis dan disajikan di sebuah gelas tinggi.[1][2] Resep parfait tertua yang diketahui berasal dari tahun 1892.[3]
