Albert Paul Mantz (2 Agustus 1903 – 8 Juli 1965) adalah seorang pilot udara, pilot akrobatik untuk film. Ia adalah anak dari kepala sekolah dan tubmuh di Redwood City, California dan sudah tertarik untuk terbang sejak kecil. Mantz meninggal pada tanggal 8 Juli 1965 ketika bekerja dalam pembuatan film The Flight of the Phoenix.
