Paulaner adalah sebuah merek bir asal Jerman, didirikan pada 1634 di München oleh biarawan Minim di biara Neudeck ob der Au. Ordo pengemis dan tempat pembuatan bir diberi nama setelah Francis dari Paola, pendiri ordo. Paulaner adalah salah satu dari enam pabrik bir yang menyediakan bir untuk Oktoberfest, festival bir Jerman yang berasal dari tahun 1810.[2]

Paulaner berada di peringkat enam di antara bir terlaris di Jerman.
