Payerbach adalah sebuah kota yang terletak di distrik Neunkirchen di negara bagian Austria Hilir, Austria. Pada tanggal 1 Januari 2018, kota ini memiliki jumlah penduduk sebesar 2.076 jiwa.

Kota ini terletak di perbatasan Pegunungan Alpen Kapur dan Cekungan Wina. Dengan keberadaan stasiun kereta api Payerbach-Reichenau di tempat ini, Payerbach menjadi tempat persinggahan bagi mereka yang ingin berekreasi dengan menaiki Höllentalbahn ke Hirschwang.
