Pemberontakan Berber 740–743 M (122–125 H dalam Kalender Hijriyah) merupakan sebuah konflik yang terjadi pada masa pemerintahan Kekhalifahan Umayyah, Hisyam bin Abdul Malik dan menandai pemisahan diri pertama yang berhasil dari kekhalifahan Arab (dipimpin dari Damaskus). Konflik ini dipicu oleh para pengkhotbah puritan Khawarij, pemberontakan Berber melawan penguasa Arab Umayyah mereka dimulai di Tangier pada tahun 740, dan pada awalnya dipimpin oleh Maisarah al-Matghari. Pemberontakan itu segera menyebar ke seluruh Maghrib (Afrika Utara) dan melintasi selat-selat ke Al-Andalus.
