Alat pengiris telur atau alat pemotong telur adalah alat persiapan makanan yang dipakai untuk memotong telur rebus dengan cepat. Alat tersebut terdiri dari tempat untuk meletakkan telur dan sebuah rangkaian jaring atau pemotong yang dipakai untuk memotong.[1][2]

Telur yang teriris

Alat tersebut diciptakan pada permulaan abad ke-20 oleh Willy Abel (1875–1951) asal Jerman yang juga menciptakan pengiris roti. Alat iris telur pertama kali diproduksi oleh Berlin-Lichtenberg.[3]

Duo komika Belanda Van Kooten en de Bie menciptakan dokumenter tentang pabrik alat iris telur Belanda pada 1983.[4]
