Pepe Serna (lahir 23 Juli 1944) adalah aktor dan seniman berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat.[2] Debut Serna di dunia perfilman ketika bermain dalam film tahun 1970 di bawah penyutradaraan Roger Corman melalui film The Student Nurses. Selama beberapa tahun, Serna tampil di lebih dari 100 film, seperti Car Wash dan Scarface yang disutradarai oleh Brian De Palma, di mana dia bermain sebagai kawan Montana, Angel Fernandez
