Perang Budak Pertama adalah upaya para budak yang gagal melawan Republik Romawi. Perang ini berlangsung pada tahun 135–132 SM. Konflik ini dimulai oleh pemberontakan para budak di Enna di pulau Sisilia. Perang Budak Pertama dipimpin oleh Eunus, seorang mantan budak yang mengaku sebagai nabi, dan Cleon, orang Kilikia yang menjadi komandan militer Eunus. Setelah terjadi beberapa pertempuran kecil yang dimenangkan oleh para budak, satu pasukan besar Romawi tiba di Sisilia dan mengalahkan para pemberontak.
