Perodua adalah perusahaan mobil Malaysia yang kedua setelah Proton. Diluncurkan pada 27 Agustus 1994, pabriknya terletak di daerah seluas 80 hektare di Serendah, Selangor. Nama Perodua merupakan singkatan untuk "Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua". Perodua merupakan perusahaan otomotif lokal Malaysia yang memproduksi dan mendistribusikan produk-produk Daihatsu di Malaysia dengan merk Perodua (kecuali Gran Max dan Delta truk yang tetap bermerek Daihatsu). Perusahaan ini merupakan mitra lokal Daihatsu dan Toyota di Malaysia.
