Peyorasi
Peyorasi adalah unsur bahasa yang memberikan makna menghina, merendahkan, dan sebagainya, yang digunakan untuk menyatakan penghinaan atau ketidaksukaan seorang pembicara.[1] Kadang kala, sebuah kata lahir sebagai sebuah kata peyoratif, tetapi lama-kelamaan digunakan sebagai kata yang tidak bersifat peyoratif. Dalam linguistik, fenomena ini dikenal sebagai meliorasi, atau ameliorasi, atau perubahan semantik.
