Sir Philip Nigel Ross Green (lahir 15 Maret 1952) adalah seorang pengusaha asal Inggris, dan ketua Arcadia Group, sebuah perusahaan ritel yang meliputi Topshop, Topman, Wallis, Evans, Burton, Miss Selfridge, Dorothy Perkins dan Outfit. Jaringan BHS yang telah dibubarkan juga merupakan bagian dari grup tersebut.
