Philippe yang Berani (bahasa Prancis: Philippe le Hardi, bahasa Belanda: Filips de Stoute; 17 Januari 1342 – 27 April 1404, Halle) adalah Adipati Bourgogne (sebagai Philippe II) dan jure uxoris Count Flandria (sebagai Philippe II), Artois dan Bourgogne (sebagai Philippe IV). Ia merupakan anak bungsu Raja Jean II dari Prancis dan istrinya Bonne dari Luksemburg.[1] Philippe adalah pendiri Wangsa Valois-Bourgogne. Wilayah yang ia peroleh pada masa jabatannya membuat penerusnya menjadi saingan berat Raja Prancis.
