Pietro Respighi (22 September 1843 – 22 Maret 1913) adalah seorang kardinal Gereja Katolik Roma Italia dan imam agung Basilika Santo Yohanes Lateran.
Ia lahir di Bologna dan menerima sakramen penguatan pada November 1850. Ia dididik di Seminari Bologna dan Seminari Pio Roma di Roma, meraih gelar dokterandes dalam teologi, hukum kanon dan sipil pada 1870. Ditahbiskan menjadi imam pada hari terakhir dari bulan Maret 1866 di Roma, ia kemudian berkarya di Keuskupan Agung Bologna sebagai profesor seminarinya dari 1872 sampai Juni 1874. Ia diangkat menjadi imam agung paroki Ss. Gervasio e Protasio sampai 1891.
