Pinogu adalah sebuah kecamatan yang terletak di Kabupaten Bone Bolango, Gorontalo, Indonesia. Kecamatan ini merupakan pemekaran dari Kecamatan Suwawa. salah satu sejarah ibukota kesultanan ini merupakan Kesultanan Suwawa pada tahun 500an.
