Pipa organ
Pipa organ adalah elemen penghasil suara dari organ pipa yang beresonansi pada nada tertentu saat udara bertekanan ditiupkan. Masing-masing pipa disetel pada nada spesifik dari skala musik. Seperangkat pipa organ dengan timbre serupa yang terdiri dari skala lengkap dikenal sebagai rank; satu atau lebih rank membentuk stop.
Bahan
Pipa organ umumnya terbuat dari logam atau kayu. Terkadang terbuat dari kaca, porselen, plastik, kertas, Papier-mâché, atau bahkan dari batu. Sebuah organ bersejarah di Filipina memiliki pipa yang dibuat khusus dari bambu.
