Pnei Kedem (Ibrani: פְּנֵי קֶדֶם), adalah sebuah pemukiman Israel di selatan Bethlehem di Tepi Barat yang terletak di timur Pegunungan Yudea dekat Arugot Stream pada ketinggian 900 meter di atas permukaan laut.
Desa ini dibangun pada Oktober 2000 dengan bantuan Amana di dalam perbatasan pemukiman Israel Metzad dan di tanah milik pemerintah. Karena otoritas Israel tidak mengakui desa ini sebagai pemukiman independen, CBS menghitung penduduknya tinggal di Metzad. Pemukiman ini adalah rumah bagi 19 keluarga.
Penduduk Pnei Kedem menerima layanan kotamadya dari Dewan Regional Gush Etzion.
4000 pohon zaitun ditanam di tanah milik pemerintah, demi keperluan pemukiman.
Pnei Kedem mengadakan festival layangan tahunan selama Chol HaMoed Sukkot yang menarik ribuan peserta.
