Power pop (atau powerpop) adalah genre musik populer yang menarik inspirasi dari pop rock tahun 1960-an Inggris dan Amerika. Sumber musik Power pop pertama kali adalah The Beatles dan The Beach Boys. Dengan gaya Pop, Rock and Roll. Musik ini juga memengaruhi band lain sesuai eranya seperti The Who, The Kinks, The Cars, Cheap trick, The Romantics and The Knack. Band-band pada era 2000-an yang bergenre Power pop antara lain adalah OK Go, Rooney, The New Pornographers, Fountains of Wayne, Apples in Stereo, Sloan, dll. Di Indonesia, band bergenre Power pop diantaranya adalah Sajama Cut, Tamago, The Adams, dan Burninsad.
