Propaganda komunis adalah promosi saintifik, artistik dan sosial terhadap ideologi komunisme, pandangan dunia komunis dan kepentingan gerakan komunis. Meskipun istilah tersebut memiliki konotasi negatif di dunia Barat, istilah "propaganda" banyak merujuk kepada publikasi atau kampanye apapun yang ditujukan untuk mempromosikan sebab dan dipakai untuk keperluan resmi oleh kebanyakan pemerintahan berorientasi komunis. Berakar dari pemikiran Marxis, propaganda komunis dipandang oleh para pencetusnya sebagai kendaraan untuk menyebarkan sorotan mereka terhadap kaum kelas tenaga kerja.
