Purus dan bajang
Purus dan bajang[1] atau purus dan lubang merupakan teknik menyambung kayu yang paling umum digunakan pada produk-produk mebel, konstruksi bangunan, dan produk perabot kayu lainnya. Sambungan ini juga sangat kuat, selain karena saling berkait juga bidang pertemuan sisi-sisi untuk pengeleman antar kayu saling bertemu.
Teknik ini telah digunakan selama ribuan tahun oleh para tukang kayu di seluruh dunia dalam menyatukan potongan kayu terutama untuk menyambung kayu dengan sudut 90 derajat.
