Qarchak (Persia: قرچک)[a] adalah sebuah kota di Distrik Pusat County Qarchak, Provinsi Teheran, Iran, yang berfungsi sebagai ibu kota kabupaten sekaligus distrik.[5]

Demografi

Populasi

Pada saat Sensus Nasional 2006, populasi kota ini adalah 173.832 jiwa dalam 42.508 rumah tangga,[6] ketika kota ini menjadi ibu kota bekas Distrik Qarchak di County Varamin.[7] Sensus berikutnya pada 2011 mencatat 191.588 jiwa dalam 52.769 rumah tangga.[8] Sensus 2016 mengukur populasi kota ini sebanyak 231.075 jiwa dalam 69.029 rumah tangga,[3] pada saat itu distrik tersebut telah dipisahkan dari county dalam pembentukan County Qarchak. Qarchak dipindahkan ke Distrik Pusat yang baru sebagai ibu kota county.[9]
