Rüstem Pasha Opuković (pengucapan bahasa Turki: [daːˈmat ɾysˈtem paˈʃa]; Turki Otoman: رستم پاشا, (ca. 1515 – 10 Juli 1561) adalah seorang negarawan Kesultanan Utsmaniyah. Ia menjabat sebagai Wazir Agung Suleiman I. Rüstem Pasha juga dikenal dengan nama Damat Rüstem Pasha.

Ia menikah dengan Mihrimah Sultan, dan dikaruniai dua orang anak:
