Rai 1 merupakan jaringan televisi umum terbesar Italia. Bagian dari grup RAI, bersama dengan Rai 2, Rai 3, Rai 4, Rai 5 dan Rai News24. Nama ini sebelumnya bernama Rai Uno hingga 18 Mei 2010. Saluran ini mulai mengudara tahun 1954.
