Rain adalah kota yang terletak di distrik Donau-Ries, Bayern, Jerman. Kota Rain memiliki luas sebesar 77.13 km². Rain pada tahun 2006, memiliki penduduk sebanyak 8.414 jiwa.
Kota yang berada di dekat muara sungai Lech ke Donau ini berada sekitar 40 km di utara Augsburg. Sebelum reformasi wilayah tanggal 1 Juli 1972, Rain masuk Distrik Neuburg an der Donau.
