Belu (Bahasa Akkadia: 𒁁𒇻𒌑|Be-lu-ú) merupakan raja Asyur awal. Ia terdaftar sebagai yang keempat belas di antara "tujuh belas raja penghuni tenda" di dalam Tawarikh Mesopotamia.[1][2] Menurut Tawarikh Mesopotamia, Belu didahului oleh Abazu dan digantikan oleh Azarah. Tidak ada yang diketahui tentang pemerintahan Belu.
