Walter Frank Raphael Weldon DSc FRS (15 Maret 1860 – 13 April 1906) yang lebih dikenal sebagai Raphael Weldon, adalah seorang pakar biologi evolusi dan pendiri biometri asal Inggris. Ia adalah penyunting pendiri patungan Biometrika, dengan Francis Galton dan Karl Pearson.
