Re-Logic adalah sebuah pengembang permainan video independen dan penerbit permainan video yang berbasis di Indiana, Amerika Serikat. Re-Logic didirikan pada 2011 oleh Andrew Spinks. Perusahaan ini paling umum dikenal untuk menerbitkan dan mengembangkan Terraria, yaitu sebuah permainan video bak pasir petualangan-aksi 2D. Re-Logic juga merilis Pixel Piracy dan Pixel Privateers, keduanya dikembangkan oleh Quadro Delta.
