Rexhep Qemal Meidani (lahir 17 Agustus 1944) adalah politikus Albania. Ia lulus dari Universitas Tirana dan Universitas Caen.

Karier politiknya dimulai pada tahun 1990-an. Ia menjadi presiden Albania pada 24 Juli 1997.

Setelah jabatannya berakhir, ia digantikan oleh Alfred Moisiu.
