Richard Buntario yang lahir di Kuala Lumpur 18 April 1965 adalah Produser Film dan Film Director Indonesia. Adalah salah satu produser yang membuat karya karya film dan beberapa reality show dan menerima Award Winner MTV Asia Awards pada tahun 1995 dengan kategori best video Sambutlah, Denada. dan 28 VMI (Video Music Indonesia) Award for best video Indonesia and Director dari tahun 1993 - 2003, dalam kegiatan sosial nya, Richard buntario membentuk sebuah komunitas musik gospel bernama; IGCMS atau lebih di kenal sebagai INDONESIAN GOSPEL CONTEMPORARY MUSIC SOCIETY, sebuah komunitas yang menggerakkan para musisi, pemcipta lagu, arranger, komposer, produser musik gospel untuk membangun sebuah imdustri baru. Richard juga adalah founder dari GIFest sejak 2025, sebuah ajang festival musik gospel pertama di indonesia bahkan di asia tenggara.
