Rishad Bathiudeen (lahir 27 November 1972) adalah seorang politikus, anggota Parlemen Sri Lanka, dan Menteri Industri & Perdagangan Sri Lanka sejak April 2010. Ia adalah anggota Partai Kongres Makkal Seluruh Ceylon, sebuah partai politik terdaftar di Sri Lanka. Bathiudeen terpilih menjadi anggota Parlemen dari Dapil Vanni pada Desember 2001 dan terpilih kembali pada April 2004, setelah itu ia kembali terpilih pada April 2010 dan Juni 2015 dari Dapil yang sama yang meliputi Distrik-Distrik Administratif Vavuniya, Mannar dan Mullathivu.
