Rita Skeeter (lahir ±1951) adalah tokoh fiksi dalam seri Harry Potter karya J. K. Rowling. Ia bekerja sebagai reporter di harian Daily Prophet dan koresponden bagi Witch Weekly (tabloid penyihir remaja, terutama remaja putri).
Menggunakan alat sihir seperti Pena Bulu Kutip-Cepat yang secara otomatis salah-mengutip dalam wawancara, karakter ini jelas dimaksudkan sebagai satire bagi jurnalis semacam ini di dunia nyata.
