Robert Brenner

Robert P. Brenner (lahir 28 November 1943, New York) adalah dosen sejarah dan direktur Center for Social Theory and Comparative History at UCLA, redaktur jurnal sosialis Against the Current, dan anggota dewan redaksi New Left Review. Bidang penelitiannya adalah sejarah Eropa modern awal; sejarah ekonomi, sosial, dan agama; sejarah agraria, teori sosial/Marxisme; dan Inggris zaman Tudor–Stuart.[1]

Ia memberi sumbangan terhadap perdebatan di kalangan Marxis mengenai "Transisi dari Feodalisme ke Kapitalisme".
